Shipping:

We want you to receive your Maliboo goodies as soon as possible, so we offer fast and reliable shipping options. Here’s what you need to know:

• Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders over £30.

• Orders under £30 will be subject to a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

• We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days.

• Delivery times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 3-5 business days from dispatch.

Please Note: We do not currently offer international shipping, but keep an eye on our updates for future expansion!

Returns:

We want you to love everything you order from Maliboo, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. Here’s what you need to know about returns:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

• All returned items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for a refund. We cannot accept items that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons.

• To return an item, please contact our customer service team at [email address] with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

• Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

• Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to show up in your account.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If your Maliboo products arrive damaged or defective, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund. Just make sure to send us photos of the damage so we can quickly resolve the issue.
